When To Plant A Fall Garden In The Atlanta Area

Hello, are these the correct dates to plant my fall garden in Atlanta, Ga:
Lettuce - Aug 25 - Sept 1
Spinach- Sept 1
Arugula- Sept 1
Broccolie - Now
Garlic - Mid-late October

Answer #1 · Maple Tree's Answer · Hi Leah-Yes, your dates to plant your vegetable garden should be fine.

The Arugula grows fast. It can be planted in a sunny location either in early spring for spring harvest or late summer for fall harvest. The Arugula prefers the cooler days of spring or fall. Mid to late October I noted was the correct time in North Georgia to plant your Garlic.
