Answer #2 · Gardenality.com's Answer · As John pointed out, blueberry plants will require a pollinator and, depending on the variety, some blueberries bloom earlier or later than others. Premier is an early to mid season bloomer so will work best with other varieties that are early to mid season. Austin and Brightwell are two good pollinators for Premier, but any early to mid season bloomers will work.

Answer #1 · Maple Tree's Answer · Hi Phyllis-Premier is a rabbiteye blueberry. Rabbiteyes do require cross-pollination from another rabbiteye cultivar.
Any of the Rabbiteye blueberries will act as pollinators for other Rabbiteye blueberries although different cultivars have different blooming and harvesting seasons. To insure enough pollination to produce the amount of crop possible you want to pick a cultivar that blooms at the some time as your Premier. Different blueberries are labeled as early, mid, or late blooming and fruiting varieties. The Premier is an early season blueberry therefore you want to pick another variety that is an early bloomer to ensure the most effective pollination. The Austin, Alapaha, and climax varieties are recommended as good pollinators for the Premier.
