Question About Pot Of Gold

Filed Under: Perennial Plants · Keywords: Hi, About, Kill, Plants, Pest, Disease · 23 Views
This year we've had an explosion of small worms eating the leaves of our Pot Of Golds, worms are about 1 inch length and 1/8th. inch thick. I have sprayed them with a insecticide and seemingly have killed the worms, however at least 50% of our Pot Of Gold plants are now gone/dead.

The balance of the bed never made it to full normal height this year either and the early blooms just were not as prolific at in past years. Not sure if thats caused by the infestation or the insecticide.

I noted that under your PEST/DISEASE heading you stated NO known issues. sorry, not true.

thank you for reading about our dilemma, any advise you have for us will be appreciated.
